Magazine photoshoot is back after a long time. Malaysian makeup academy Backstage Academy Once again Feminine cooperation with Vogue Magazine, for7Moon-themed feature interview completed, on-camera makeup done.

This special session invited influential figures from society, including celebrities, entrepreneurs, and professionals. It allows students to get up close with these renowned individuals to create suitable makeup looks for them. First appearance show The students are all nervous!

Still as usual, arrangeshowAmong the students, there are those with extensive experience and those on their first work-study placement. The first work-study...showAlthough it's tense, with the teachers present to supervise, the students can all focus on applying what they've learned.

Especially since it was the first time for two students to do male makeup. What the public considers very simple male makeup is a challenge for students who are going out for their first internship and applying makeup for the first time. Especially the foundation color and eyebrow shape. They had to let go of previous standards for female makeup. One of the interviewees was even bald. The foundation color was more challenging. Their usual practice was on their faces, but this time they had to get the color of their faces and heads right. Fortunately, after the teacher's guidance, the students applied the base makeup naturally with no color difference.Thumbs upAnd it also made the interviewee's sparse eyebrows look very natural.

Although everything has a teacherbackup, , However, what made the teacher very gratified during this experience was the mutual support among the students. During the makeup sessions for beginners, the senior students would help the teacher manage the class and assist by correcting the beginners' techniques when they encountered problems. They didn't use a commanding tone but rather physically guided them to correct their mistakes. It was full of camaraderie! It was likely influenced by the teacher's usual demeanor when managing a class. If there were areas in makeup that needed correction or attention, they would help fix them, and the beginners would observe what the seniors were doing, thereby understanding their own areas for improvement. This non-judgmental attitude protected the students' self-esteem and also ensured that the final makeup met the required standards.

In addition, due to the tight schedule, the junior students would also proactively help the senior students apply foundation, ensuring their base makeup was well done so that the senior students could focus on other facial features. If the lighting was insufficient, they would also proactively help adjust it. During filming, the senior students would also teach the junior students how to look at the screen and identify areas that needed touch-ups. The teacher observed all these scenes and couldn't help but feel that our students had grown.

Through repeated internships, students' confidence slowly accumulates and builds. Although encountering setbacks and difficulties is an inevitable rule of society, rather than letting students lose confidence and doubt themselves from the start, it is better to let them accumulate confidence little by little, and their technical skills and learning attitude will gradually improve.
